Miami Youth Baseball Association, Inc. will now require all Team Managers and Organization Directors to complete the "MYBA Manager / Director – Player Age Verification Affidavit.

This is part of the Player Age Verification initiatives and measures (along with the National Sports ID (NSID) Player Age Verification process) being implemented in the Spring 2023 to ensure the integrity and fairness of play. Team Managers and Organization Directors will be held accountable for the Age Verification of all their players.

As a parent / legal guardian, you too will play a crucial role in the Age Verification of your child(ren). Additionally, you can assist us by serving as the eyes and ears of the program.
